Mr. Jeffrey Dannay is a
Principal with Machine Vision Consulting (MVC) and Dannay Consulting with
over 20 years in progressively increasing management roles. He has over 10 years of direct vision and
vision management experience. His major focus has been providing vision technology solutions across
many domains (semi-conductor, manufacturing, pharmaceutical) for a variety of customers including OEMs,
End Users, and Systems Integrators. Mr. Dannay excels in developing strong customer
relationships by providing a "do whatever it takes" philosophy for complete customer satisfaction.
Mr. Dannay works with prospective clients to evaluate their vision application and to recommend an
architectural solution using state of the art Cognex vision systems. He then develops an easy to
understand proposal, assigns the appropriate vision engineering consultant, and provides a final
vision solution to meet the client's requirements. He works directly with clients from initial
contact through final system implementation.

Mr. Philip Gouin
is a Principal with Machine Vision Consulting (MVC) with over 20 years of machine vision experience
ranging from the development of core vision algorithms to product and project delivery management. He
is an experienced leader of software development, having managed many successful product introductions
from conception through release. Mr. Gouin has strong C++ development skills and is highly proficient
in many Cognex products including CVL, VisionPro, OMI, PVE, and Checkpoint.
Mr. Gouin works with prospective clients to fully understand the machine vision
requirements, translating them into a working design. He then personally manages the delivery of the
project, working closely with the project engineer and the customer.

Mr. Nelson Tarr
has over 13 years of experience in image analysis software and algorithm development. For over 7 years he has been
developing machine vision technology and delivering world-class machine vision solutions to automotive, consumer goods,
semiconductor and pharmaceutical customers. With extensive experience in factory-floor integration, Mr. Tarr specializes
in delivering easy-to-use applications that exceed customers' expectations in real-world environments. His machine vision
expertise includes project management, light/optics design, software design and algorithm design. He has worked extensively
with almost all Cognex hardware and software platforms, C++, C#, and Visual Basic.
A graduate of Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, Mr. Tarr holds a Masters Degree in Image Processing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Kevin Treen
has over 27 years of software development experience building complex systems. His focus has been
on the machine vision industry where he spent 14 years designing and developing vision applications
to solve an array of problems in the semiconductor and medical industries. Mr. Treen has strong
development and programming skills and is extremely proficient in object oriented programming, C/C++,
COM, Windows, networking, and machine control. His ability to blend strong software skills with his
expertise in machine control make him an ideal engineer to solve real world machine vision problems.

Mr. Joe Gugliotti
has been a part of the machine vision industry for over 20 years. He spent 10 years with a leading distributor of cameras, optics,
and lighting systems for use in machine vision applications, working closely with Vision OEM's, Systems Integrators, and End Users
to evaluate their image formation needs and provide the appropriate solution. Joe spent the next 10 years as an OEM Account Manager
and Senior Sales Engineer for a leading Machine Vision OEM. His familiarity with what it takes to do vision right, his attention to
detail, and his exposure to hundreds of different applications make Joe well-suited to his Sales and Marketing position at Machine
Vision Consulting. Joe holds a BS from Babson College.

Ms. Marianne Stevens-Nawar
is an experienced programmer in Cognex and DVT systems. She has developed custom systems for pharmaceutical industries closely following
the process filed with the FDA. Ms Stevens has solid expertise in component selection, programming, system interface, installation, documentation,
and servicing to deliver a complete vision system. In addition to vision systems, Ms. Stevens has a background in automation and custom machinery
which aides in seamless integration of vision systems.
Ms. Marianne Stevens-Nawar received her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota (Institute of Technology).

Mr. Calvin Henderson
has over 18 years of experience in the implementation of machine vision solutions for a high speed manufacturer of
consumer products. During this time, Mr. Henderson was responsible for the system design, installation and integration
of over 80 Cognex In-Sight vision systems performing various quality inspections at rates of over 10 parts per
second. Calvin has also developed PC based measurement systems using VisionPro in the fields of video microscopy
and thermal imaging. Calvin's sensitivity to the special needs of each customer make him a valuable ally in the
development of a practical and robust solution to your machine vision application.

Dr. Robert Feldman
has been a course developer and instructor for over 30 years, including 5 years teaching machine vision to
customers and assisting them with their applications. His course development and teaching skills have received
high praise from customers and colleagues alike. He also has extensive experience in software engineering and
in providing technical support. He holds a BA in mathematics from Cornell University, an MS in computer science
from the University of Michigan, and a PhD in natural resources management from Cornell.

Ms. Kathryn Dannay,
a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), has over 20 years of project management experience leading teams in the development of complex software applications. Ms. Dannay holds a Master of Science, Information Systems from Northeastern University and Bachelor of Science, Applied Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Jim Kahl
has over 26 years of experience in the machine vision field. As a 26-year member of an R&D team for a Fortune 500
company, Jim has designed hardware, software, and optical systems, which he then deployed to the factory floor. He has worked
with a wide range of customers, to provide application solutions in the packaging, pharmaceutical, automotive, and beverage
industries. Jim has overseen or participated in well over 100 installations, and is well versed in the Cognex In-Sight family of
components. Over the years he has developed many novel lighting and optical concepts, in order to provide more robust and economical
installations. With an overlapping background of 15 years in Automation and Controls, Jim can offer a well thought out, well-integrated
vision solution.

Mr. Tone Engel
has over 16 years of machine vision experience including application development, software vision tools development,
system architecture, and product development. He is an expert in taking complex technical problems and providing
custom vision solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. He is proficient in all Cognex programmable
environments (VisionPro, CVL, etc.) using the latest development environments (multi-threaded applications using
C++ & Csupport.html within .NET). Mr. Engel is also an expert in the inspection of Surface Mounted Devices where he holds
a patent for the "Method and Apparatus for Inspection of Surface Mounted Devices."
Mr. Engel is graduate of Dartmouth College where he earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Electrical
Engineering and a graduate of Brown University where he earned a Master of Science in Computer Science and Applied Math.

Mr. David Ward
has over 20 years of algorithm and software development experience in pattern recognition and visual processing systems.
He has applied Neural Network and Fuzzy Logic technology in a number of award winning products involved in handwriting
and speech recognition, image understanding and multi-sensor integration. Mr. Ward has a proven track record of taking
vision technology (Cognex VisionPro and CVL) from the lab into customer solutions. He has developed systems for Windows,
Unix, DOS and RTOS incorporating C/C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, COM, .NET, and ActiveX.

Mr. Lou Iorio
has over 20 years of documentation experience, and managed Cognex technical documentation after joining the company in 1988
to his leaving the company in 2004. Mr. Iorio has vast experience managing and creating complex technical documentation, and
designed and wrote much of the documentation Cognex uses today. Mr. Iorio has extensive experience in all forms of technical
documentation, from printed books to online systems.
