Visual Flow Analysis
The delivered vision system performs microscopic inspection of bubbles trapped in a cleaning foam that is used to clean semiconductor wafers. The vision system is used by a large manufacturer of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to monitor and optimize the consistency of their cleaning solution.
