FastTrack is typically a two to five day vision consulting effort
where we work directly with your engineer(s) to ensure your vision system is meeting your system
requirements. To attain the best possible means for success, MVC recommends the following be completed
before our arrival at your facility:
- Image formation system is installed and operational. This includes the installation of the vision
processor, lighting and optics.
- Requirements for the vision system are established and communicated to MVC.
- Sample parts and/or images are sent to MVC.
MVC performs (at a minimum) the following tasks as part of this FastTack service:
- Evaluate the sample parts and/or images (prior to our visit to your facility) to determine
a proper course of action.
- Evaluate existing image formation system and make recommendations, if necessary.
- Develop machine vision application software with your engineer(s).
Although we cannot guarantee a successful vision system at the conclusion of this service, MVC
works on a "best effort" basis to attain this goal. If you want MVC to guarantee success, please use our

Please note that this service is for the Cognex In-Sight and VisionPro product lines only. This service is
performed on a time and materials basis.
