MVC has recently developed the VisionGuard product in support of the Pharma industry as a common user interface front end for the Cognex In-Sight vision sensor which is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. We have also delivered our CircumSpect product in support of e-pedigree requirements. Aside from product deliveries, we have delivered custom solutions for sate and Lot-code verification, pill counting, and foreign pill detection.

Pill PQI Inspection
Print Quality Inspection (PQI) on pharmaceutical tablets. Customer provides food-grade printing equipment to pharmaceutical industry for brand and dosage labeling on tablets. System ensures printing meets legibility and aesthetic requirements.
Color Recognition and Hole Inspection on pharmaceutical tablets. Customer provides pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing equipment. System ensures correct color is facing camera and time-release holes are properly drilled.
