CircumSpect® Overview
CircumSpect is a turnkey cylindrical product verification system that can accurately verify randomly oriented cylindrical surfaces of three-dimensional products such as jars, bottles, and vials. The system sits atop a conveyance system and never comes in contact with the inspected part. The parts pass through our image station where digital cameras capture images of the part which are stitched into one unwrap image, then verified for either pass or fail. Passed parts continue on down the conveyor while failing parts are removed from the conveyor by a rejector. CircumSpect is a field-proven, unique option in addressing important manufacturing and process issues in:
