TroubleShoot is a valuable service when you are having
problems with your existing vision application or system. Our vision consultant travels to your site,
evaluates and assesses the problem, makes recommendations, and when possible, solves the problem. We have
a track record of 100% in solving our customer's vision problems. When working to solve a vision
problem, we draw on the following:
- Our wealth of experience in lighting and optics (one of the keys in solving any vision application)
- Our wealth of experience in vision applications. In our combined 50 years of machine vision
experience, we have seen almost every problem.
- Our wealth of experience in system integration and system architecture. We have over 100 years of
combined experience solving system engineering problems.
- Our unique relationship with Cognex and their engineering and support staff. We have a direct
line to almost every engineer within the company. No other integrator has the ability to get the support
that we can.
Although we cannot guarantee a successful vision system at the conclusion of this service, MVC
